Return Policy 

15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@fynxrise.com to request return approval.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with the regular return policy, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

All approved returns are issued as store credit by default.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website and does not expire.

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and are only issued in limited circumstances, at our sole discretion.
Exceptions may apply only in cases such as damaged items, incorrect items shipped, or other situations determined by our team.

If a refund to the original payment method is exceptionally approved, it will be processed within 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria, are sent without prior approval, or show signs of use may be denied or issued store credit only.
