At FYNX RISE, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your products fast and safely.
📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after the purchase is completed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Note: During peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
🚀 Domestic Shipping (Puerto Rico & U.S.)
We offer shipping within Puerto Rico and the United States via USPS or equivalent carriers.
Estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days after the order has been processed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the package’s weight and destination.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Estimated delivery time ranges from 30 to 45 business days, depending on the destination and local customs policies.
The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees in their country.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment at any time.
Please note that once the tracking number is issued, it may take 24–48 hours for the status to update.
❗Returned or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
We recommend verifying your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
